Osaka Fly Scissors

Instead of the curved, chunky blades that you find on many slicing scissors, the Osaka Fly has a hollow-ground sword blade on one side for power and a hollow-ground bevelled blade on the other for smooth performance. Both blades have a standard thickness and are made from Japanese steel for better durability. The blades not only let you slice, but are also thin enough to use for chopping and scissor-over-comb work.

They're joined by an adjustable tension screw and are attached to offset handles that help your hand maintain a relaxed position. For even better comfort, the handles feature an ergonomic finger bump on the top handle and a fixed finger rest.

The Osaka Fly is available in 5.5, 6, 6.5 and 7 inches.
