Ceriotti endeavours to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time frame, which will be given to you at the time of ordering

Delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering with Ceriotti.

Ceriotti, closes down during the month of August, so if your delivery date falls within August, please expect your order to arrive in September. To allow for this we suggest that the last date for placing an order with Ceriotti for delivery prior to August, will be May 31st

Delivery is kerbside Only, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Excluding Bank holidays and weekends.

N.B: It is your responsibility to alert us of any restrictions, obstructions or tight access, that could stop delivery, as you will be charged for redelivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Certain products are non-returnable once opened or used. Items such as scissors, electricals, or personal-use tools cannot be returned if seals have been removed or the item shows any signs of use, in line with our returns policy. If all seals remain intact and the product and packaging are in their original condition, a return may be accepted.

 

Please note that custom or made-to-order items (such as salon furniture or bespoke equipment) are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable before purchasing, we can help arrange a showroom visit or provide additional product details to assist your decision.
